皮划艇翻滚技术对运动员本体感觉能力发展的作用——以Sweep Roll、C-to-C Roll和Hand Roll为例

皮划艇翻滚作为一项水上运动技能,不仅要求运动员具备良好的力量和技术,同时需要本体感觉、前庭调节以及神经肌肉控制能力完成身体姿态的恢复。本文以Sweep Roll(扫桨翻滚)、C-to-C Roll(C2C翻滚)和Hand Roll(徒手翻滚)三种翻滚技术为例,结合本体感觉理论、运动控制理论以及具身认知理论,对运动员感觉—运动系统的影响机制进行分析。研究指出,皮划艇翻滚可能通过感觉重加权、前庭—本体感觉整合、神经肌肉反馈调节以及感觉—运动耦合等机制促进运动员本体感觉能力的发展。
Kayak rolling, as a water sport skill, requires not only strength and technical proficiency but also proprioceptive ability, vestibular regulation, and neuromuscular control to restore body posture. This study examines three rolling techniques—Sweep Roll, C-to-C Roll, and Hand Roll—by integrating proprioception theory, motor control theory, and embodied cognition theory to analyze their impact mechanisms on athletes’ sensory-motor systems. The findings suggest that kayak rolling may enhance athletes’ proprioceptive abilities through mechanisms such as sensory reweighting, vestibular-proprioceptive integration, neuromuscular feedback modulation, and sensory-motor coupling.
